법무부 안내에 따라 숙련기능인력(E-7-4) 제도 개선을 안내드립니다.

숙련기능인력 비자 신청을 준비 중인 외국인 및 사업장에서는 아래 변경사항을 확인하시기 바랍니다(2026. 7. 9.)

주요 변경사항

① 제외 기준 완화

• 벌금 기준: 100만 원 이상 → 300만 원 이상

• 출입국관리법 위반으로 3회 이하 행정처분을 받은 경우 K-point(E74) 감점 제외

  
  

② 고용추천 기준 개선

• E-7-4와 E-7-4R을 동시에 고용하는 사업장은 더 유리한 고용추천 기준을 적용할 수 있습니다.

The Ministry of Justice has updated the Skilled Worker (E-7-4) Program.

If you are preparing to apply for an E-7-4 visa, please review the following changes.

① Relaxed Exclusion Criteria

• Criminal fine threshold: KRW 1 million → KRW 3 million

• Applicants with three or fewer administrative penalties under the Immigration Act are exempt from K-point (E74) deductions.

② Employment Recommendation Criteria

• Employers hiring both E-7-4 and E-7-4R workers may apply the more favorable employment recommendation criteria.
